中药封包联合西药治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药封包联合西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取98例急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组50例与对照组48例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中药封包治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能与肌力。结果:治疗组总有效率88.00%,高于对照组68.75%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肌力均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组肌力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合西药治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好,可改善患者的临床症状及神经功能,有助于肌力恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine package combined with western medicine for acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 and 48 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine package based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. Chinese medicine syndrome scores,nerve function and muscle strength before and after treatment,as well as clinical effects in the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 88.00% in the treatment group,higher than that of 68.75% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,muscle strength in the two groups was improved when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the muscle strength in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine package combined with western medicine has a good curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can improve clinical symptoms and nerve function,and help to restore the muscle strength.
