冠心宁片联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心宁片联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:选取60例VD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用冠心宁片治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组治疗前后简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分;比较2组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组MMSE、ADL评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组MMSE、ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率6.67%,治疗组不良反应发生率3.33%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冠心宁片联合盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗VD,能明显改善患者的认知功能、神经功能和日常生活能力,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guanxinning tablets combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets for vascular dementia(VD). Methods:A total of 60 cases of VD patients were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Guanxinning tablets based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The scores of Mini Mental Status Examination(MMSE), Activities of Daily Living(ADL) and neurological function impairment before and after treatment as well as the incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of neurological function impairment in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the control group and 3.33% in the treatment group, there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Guanxinning tablets combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets for VD can significantly improve the cognitive function,neurological function and activities of daily living of patients,with high safety.
