摘　　要：“建立起由现象描述迈向本质阐明的中医理论体系”是国家中医药管理局为贯彻国家“中医药现代化”战略的号召提出的实现目标。为此,依据肝脏象现代研究系列的重要发现,参照前期提出的新理论创建“五步曲”共性规律,建立“现代肝脏象理论”,清晰肝脏象系统器官结构,明确肝主疏泄和主藏血功能机制,实现肝脏象理论的“本质阐明”,为中医药现代化提供急需的理论支撑与研究向导。The essence of"implementing the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine"is to clarify the call of"establishing the national management system of Traditional Chinese Medicine".Therefore,according to a series of important findings of modern research on Ganzangxiang and referring to the new theory put forward in the early stage,we create the common law of"five steps",establish the"Modern TCM Ganzangxiang theory",reveal the organ structure of Ganzangxiang system,clarify the functional mechanism of liver controlling drainage and blood storage,realize the"essence clarification"of Ganzangxiang theory,and provide much-needed theoretical support and research guidance for the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
