艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果及对患者血清微量元素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果及对患者血清微量元素水平的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月接收的118例老年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法将其分为单一组(59例,艾司西酞普兰)和联合组(59例,艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,两组的HAMD、PSQI评分均降低,且联合组明显低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的铜、铁水平均降低,锌水平均升高,且联合组明显优于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的BDNF水平均升高,NSE、S-100B水平均降低,且联合组明显优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论 艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果显著,能有效减轻患者的抑郁症状,提高睡眠质量,改善血清微量元素及神经细胞因子水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of escitalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression and its influence on the levels of serum trace elements.Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with senile depression received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into single group(59 cases,escitalopram) and combined group(59 cases,escitalopram combined with olanzapine) by double-blind method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HAMD and PSQI scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of copper and iron in the two groups decreased,while the level of zinc increased,and those in the combined group were significantly better than the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of BDNF in both groups increased,while the levels of NSE and S-100B decreased,and those in the combined group were significantly better than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile depression has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients,improve sleep quality and the levels of serum trace elements and neurocytokines.
