摘 要:目的探索面中部骨折虚拟手术设计在大学生创新训练中的应用价值。方法2020年6月至2021年5月,选取上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颅颌面科的面中部骨折患者66例(单侧Zingg B型颧上颌复合体骨折61例和复杂面中部骨折5例),应用虚拟手术规划软件Simplant对4名上海交通大学口腔医学院学生进行培训,使学生完成15例简单面中部骨折与5例复杂面中部骨折虚拟手术设计训练,通过Geomagic Studio软件将学生的复位结果与具有丰富虚拟设计经验医师的手术设计方案进行对比评估。结果在面中部骨折虚拟手术设计训练中,医学生与医师的设计方案之间的偏差均小于0.5 mm,具有较高的一致性。结论虚拟手术设计训练有助于提高医学生学习面中部骨折理论知识的效率及临床诊治的策略,且能显著提高医学生的虚拟手术规划能力,但使用现有虚拟手术规划软件进行复杂面中部骨折手术设计存在着一定的局限性。Objective To explore the application value of virtual surgical design of midfacial fractures in college students'innovation training program.Methods From June 2020 to May 2021,a total of 66 patients with midfacial fractures,including 61 unilateral Zingg B-type zygomaticomaxillary complex fractures and 5 complex midfacial fractures,were selected for this study.Simplant,a virtual surgical planning software,was used to train 4 students from the School of Stomatology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University.The students completed the virtual surgical design training for 15 simple midfacial fractures and 5 complex midfacial fractures.By comparing the differences of virtual surgical designs between the students and a well trained physician,the outcomes were evaluated.Results In virtual surgical design training for midfacial fractures,the deviations of the designs between the medical students and the physician were all less than 0.5 mm,indicating a high degree of similarity.Conclusion Virtual surgical design training helps medical students improve their efficiency of learning the theoretical knowledge and strategies for clinical treatment of midfacial fractures,and it significantly improves virtual surgical planning skills.However,there are limitations in planning preoperative design of complex midfacial fractures using existing virtual surgical planning software.
