摘　　要：目的:探讨左乙拉西坦联合以家庭为中心的健康教育对癫痫患儿的疗效。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年9月收治的癫痫患儿86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规抗癫痫药物治疗及一般健康教育宣教;观察组在常规药物治疗基础上给予左乙拉西坦以及为期1年的以家庭为中心的健康教育。比较两组患儿临床疗效,心理状态[包括自尊量表(SES)和缺陷感量表(FIS)],认知功能,生活质量及服药依从性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及服药依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预1年后SES评分、认知评分功能及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,FIS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦联合以家庭为中心的健康教育可明显减少癫痫患儿的发作次数,提高患儿生活质量,帮助消除自卑心理,提高自尊水平。Objective: To explore the efficacy of levetiracetam combined with family-centered health education in children with epilepsy.Methods: Eighty-six children with epilepsy were selected between May 2019 and September 2020,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-epileptic medication and general health propaganda and education.The observation group was given levetiracetam and a one-year family-centered health education on the basis of conventional medication.The clinical efficacy,mental state [including self-esteem scale(SES) and feelings of inadequacy scale(FIS)],cognitive function,quality of life and medication compliance between the two groups of children were compared.Results: The total effective rate and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one year of intervention,the scores of SES,cognitive function item and quality of life items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of FIS were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Levetiracetam combined with familycentered health education can significantly reduce the number of seizures in children with epilepsy,improve the quality of life,help to eliminate inferiority complex,and improve their self-esteem.
