摘  要:近年来,随着高等职业教育学分制教学体系的逐步推广,金工实训教学与学分制之间的矛盾日益凸显。金工实训教学是高等职业工科院校实践教学中的必修环节,要适应学分制的特点,培养专业技能型人才,就必须对其进行改革。从修订培养方案,重视实训教学;丰富实训内容,合理安排实训计划;注重培训,建设新型教师队伍;改革考核方式,开展创新制作等方面着手,对金工实训教学进行改革,有利于推动学分制教学体系的完善与发展,保证教学质量。In recent years,with the gradual implementation of the credit system teaching system,the contradiction between the metalworking training and the credit system has become increasingly prominent.As a compulsory part of practical teaching in engineering colleges,metalworking training must be reformed to adapt to the credit system.This article from the revised training program,attaches importance to practical training;enriches the training content,rationally arranges the training plan;pays attention to training,builds a new type of teachers;reforms the assessment methods,carries out innovative production,etc.,and reforms the metalworking training.And constantly improve and explore in the reform.
