摘  要:通过气辅成型全三维CAE分析、成型实验和正交试验设计,研究气辅成型过程中塑料熔体工艺参数(熔体温度、熔体预注射量)的影响。结果表明,熔体温度升高,使气体穿透深度降低,气指缺陷更严重,也增加了气辅塑件的内应力和翘曲变形;增加熔体预注射量,能减轻气指缺陷、增强气辅塑件的组织致密性、提高力学性能、降低翘曲变形,同时减小气体穿透深度。另外,当熔体预注射量低于75%时,会造成充型不足而形成欠料成型失败;100%的熔体预注射量造成气体无法穿透熔体芯部,使气体穿透失败。通过两因素五水平正交试验设计,获得了最优参数组240℃、85%,并进行了CAE分析和成型实验,该参数组下,获得的气体穿透效果和气辅成型质量良好。The effects of polymer parameters(polymer temperature and polymer pre⁃injection volume)on the quality of gas⁃assisted injection molding were studied by the numerical simulation of full 3D gas⁃assisted forming process,experiments and orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that by increasing the polymer temperature,the gas penetration depth was reduced,the gas finger defects was aggravated,and the product internal stress and warpage deformation were also aggravated;with the increase of polymer pre⁃injection volume,the gas finger defects was reduced,the product compactness was enhanced,the mechanical properties was improved and the warpage deformation was reduced too,but the gas penetration depth and the gas volume percentage were also reduced,so that the gas penetration degree was low,which could not obtain the advantages of gas⁃assisted molding.In addition,when the polymer pre⁃injection volume was less than 75%,the mold filling would be insufficient and the forming failure would be formed;100%of the polymer pre⁃injection volume would cause the gas could not penetrate the core of the melt,which made the gas penetration failure.Through five levels and two factors orthogonal experimental design,the optimal parameter group 240℃,85%were obtained and verified,and the gas penetration effect and gas assisted molding quality were good.
