摘　　要：技术与权力的概念有所不同,但技术潜存着转化为权力的可能。医学技术权力化是医学效应的广延及其功能的进一步扩大,是医学技术对社会、政治领域的深层渗透。医学技术与权力相互交织并形成为一个体系,促成了权力的眼睛深入到医学的各个角落。权力与技术因相互需要而形成的结合,因资本的加盟变得更加牢固,并呈现出诸多特点。技术、资本、权力的联盟与互动是当代医学发展的基本脉络,其作用是双重的。The concepts of technology and power are different,but technology has the potential to be transformed into power.The empowerment of medical technology is the extension of medical effects and the further expansion of its functions,and is the deep penetration of medical technology into social and political fields.Medical technology and power are intertwined and formed into a system,which has penetrated into all corners of medicine.The combination of power and technology formed by mutual needs has become more urgent and solid because of the joining of capital,and shows many characteristics.The alliance and interaction of technology,capital,and power is the basic context of contemporary medical development,and its role is dual.
