摘　　要：规范的安宁疗护准入标准体系是开展安宁疗护工作临床路径的重要指引。鉴于我国在安宁疗护准入标准方面存在短板的现状,通过对国外安宁疗护准入体系构建研究与临床实践发展进行系统梳理并与其对比,进一步明确了我国在该领域存在的瓶颈,如准入评估方式单一、准入途径局限、准入内容不够全面、亟待解决安宁疗护准入标准体系构建等问题,并借鉴国外门诊、急诊、ICU及住院患者安宁疗护系统准入的规范做法,为完善我国安宁疗护临床实践的探索提供参考。Standard palliative care access is an important guide for the clinical path of palliative care.Due to the deficiency in standard criteria,this paper systematically combs and compares the construction of palliative care access system and the development of clinical practice abroad,further expounds certain obstacles in China,such as single access evaluation mode,limited access channels,incomplete access content,urgent need to construct palliative care access system.It draws lessons overseas in outpatient,emergency,ICU,and inpatient palliative care,to provide reference for exploring clinical practice of palliative care in China.
