摘　　要：通过系统分析人工智能与心理健康服务的相关研究,对人工智能应用于心理健康领域的相关问题进行探讨。人工智能已经在数据收集、分析、建立模型、心理干预以及心理健康教育等方面有了较为成熟的发展,并具有适合特殊时期、便捷、减少污名化、缓解医疗压力和增加对精神疾病的全面认识等优势。同时,人工智能也可能带来一些问题,技术方面有算法偏差、缺乏专业技术人员和数据准确性等问题;伦理方面有污名化、责任归属、个人信息的保密性和公众的知情同意等问题。作为心理健康从业人员,我们应当积极适应并推动人工智能在心理健康领域的进一步发展。Through systematic analysis of the research on artificial intelligence and mental health services,the paper discusses the application of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health.Artificial intelligence has made relatively mature development in data collection,analysis and modeling,psychological intervention and mental health education,and shows advantages in adaptation,convenience,stigma alleviation,medical pressure reduction,and overall understanding of mental illnesses.But meanwhile,artificial intelligence may bring technical problems,such as algorithm bias,lack of technology professionals and data accuracy;and also ethical problems,such as stigmatization,attribution of responsibility,confidentiality of personal information and informed consent of the public.Serving for mental health,we should actively adapt to and promote the further development of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health.
