摘  要:目的:评价γ射线对赭曲霉毒素A降解的影响和辐射分解产物的特性。方法:对甲醇水溶液中的赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)进行^(60)Coγ-射线辐照处理。结果:γ射线能有效地降解水溶液中的OTA,并可以检测出4种主要的辐解产物。在4 kGy的辐照剂量下,OTA(200 ng/mL)的辐照降解效率可达90%。一种辐解产物毒性低于OTA,其余产物均无毒性记录。OTA可影响小鼠的生长状态,如体重增加和食物利用率,OTA的辐射降解产物大多不产生影响。本研究中,OTA可破坏小鼠血小板和淋巴细胞,增加小鼠血清AST、GLU、BUN,降低LDH。小鼠的某些内脏可被OTA破坏,如肝、肾、肺等,但OTA辐解产物对所有脏器均无影响。结论:OTA对小鼠有毒性作用,OTA降解的辐解产物无明显毒性作用。【Objective】To evaluate the effects ofγ-rays on degradation and the characteristics of radiolysis products.【Method】Ochratoxin A(OTA)in aqueous solution was irradiated by ^(60)Coγ-ray.【Result】OTA in aqueous solution can be degradated byγ-rays effectively and four main radiolysis products were determined.At the dose of 4 kGy,the irradiation degradation efficiency of OTA(200 ng/mL)was up to 90%.The toxicity of one of radiolysis products was lower than OTA,and the others were no toxic records.OTA can affect the growth status of mice,such as weight gain and food utilization,and most the radiolysis products of OTA brought out no effects.In this animal experiment,OTA can destroy platelets and lymphocytes,increase ast,Glu,bun and decrease LDH.Some viscera of mice could be destroyed by OTA,such as liver,kidney,lung,etc,but the radiolysis products of OTA had no effect on all viscera.【Conclusion】OTA has toxic effect on mice,but the radiolysis products degraded by OTA have no obvious toxic effect.
