摘 要:宫颈癌的放疗敏感性通常与RNA调控、基因、肿瘤细胞的乏氧状态、药物的影响等相关。增敏效果的产生,通常涉及DNA的修复与损伤、某一通路的阻断、肿瘤生长环境的改变等。miRNA可通过调控各种通路或靶点来调节放疗的效果,起到增敏的作用。参与肿瘤发生发展过程中的基因蛋白,同样在宫颈癌的增敏中发挥着重要作用。本文主要就宫颈癌放疗增敏的研究进展作一综述,包括RNA调控、基因、药物、高氧等,旨在为宫颈癌的精准治疗探寻新的增敏靶点。Radiosensitivity of cervical cancer is usually related to RNA regulation,genes,hypoxic state of tumor cells,and the influence of drugs.The generation of sensitization effect usually involves DNA repair and damage,blocking of a certain pathway,and changes in tumor growth environment.miRNA can regulate the effect of radiotherapy by regulating various pathways or targets.Gene proteins involve in the development of tumors also play an important role in the sensitization of cervical cancer.This article reviews the research progress of radiotherapy sensitization of cervical cancer,including RNA regulation,genes,drugs,and hyperoxia,aiming to explore new sensitization targets for precise treatment of cervical cancer.
