摘 要:目的了解广东省重症监护室护士工作倦怠现状,分析职业倦怠的影响因素。方法方便抽样法抽取广东省二级以上综合医院重症监护室护士1113名,采用中文版护士职业倦怠量表(nursing burnout scale,NBS)进行问卷调查。结果重症监护室护士职业倦怠量表平均得分为(150.19±26.27)分,职业倦怠发生率为66.3%,轻中度职业倦怠31.3%(n=348),重度职业倦怠35.0%(n=389)。在ICU类别、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职称、职务、每周工作时长、医院对护士职业发展态度和家庭对工作的态度的人口学变量对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中年龄、ICU类别、医院对护士职业发展态度和家庭对工作的态度是独立影响因素。结论广东省医院ICU护士的职业倦怠普遍存在,且存在重度职业倦怠者比例高。提高家庭支持力度,医院重视护士的职业发展有助于缓解职业倦怠。年轻、男性和未婚护士群体倦怠程度较高,护理管理者应给予更多关注。Objective To understand the current situation of job burnout of nurses in intensive care units in Guangdong Province,and analyze the influencing factors of job burnout.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1113 ICU nurses in 67 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province by convenience sampling method,using the Chinese version of the nursing burnout scale(NBS).Results The score of NBS among 1113 ICU nurses was(150.19±26.27),and the incidence of job burnout of ICU nurses was as high as 66.3%,31.3%(n=348)of the mild and moderate,and 35%(n=389)of severe.There were significant differences in the scores among nurses with different types of Critical Care Unit,gender,age,marriage,professional title,position,working hours,hospital attitude towards nurses’career development,and family support(P<0.05).The main factors were age,work department,hospital attitude towards nurses’career development,and family support.Conclusion Job burnout is widespread among the ICU nurses in Guangdong,with a large percentage of high-grade burnout.Improving family support and hospital emphasis on nurses’career development will help to alleviate burnout.Young,male and unmarried nurses have higher burnout,and nursing managers should pay more attention to them.
