疫情防控常态化形势下医患和谐关系的思考

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国医患纠纷的新闻频繁见诸各大网络媒体,医患关系趋于紧张且有持续发酵升温的趋势。而2020年这场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,却让之前紧张的医患关系达到了空前的和谐。伴随着疫情防控的常态化,抗疫期间这一特殊时期所建立起来的和谐医患关系能否持续下去也成为舆论所关注的焦点。文章从医方的视角,从加强医院文化建设、提高服务质量、加强医患沟通和人文关怀等几个方面阐述新形势下和谐医患关系的构建。Since the beginning of the 21st century,news of medical disputes in our country has frequently appeared in major online media.The relationship between doctors and patients has become tense and there is a trend of continuous fermentation and heating.The sudden outbreak of new coronary pneumonia in 2020 has brought the previously tense doctor-patient relationship to an unprecedented harmony.With the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the sustainability of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship established during the anti-epidemic period has also become the focus of public opinion.From the perspective of doctors,this article expounds the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship under the new situation from several aspects such as strengthening hospital culture construction,improving service quality,strengthening doctor-patient communication and humanistic care.
