摘  要:变风量空调系统本身存在多变量、非线性、强耦合等问题,基本遗传算法很难起到很好的控制效果,将自适应遗传算法应用到变风量空调系统的实际控制过程中。针对基本遗传算法的缺陷,采用自适应遗传算法进行弥补,主要从种群分析、个体适应度值缩放方法、交叉概率和变异概率的自适应调整,保留优良个体这四个方面进行改进,提高了算法的运行效率和收敛速度。最后将基本遗传算法和改进的自适应遗传算法分别对变风量空调系统的冷冻水流量-送风温度、风机频率-风管静压、房间VAVOX风阀开度-房间温度这三个控制回路的PID控制器进行参数优化控制。仿真结果表明,采用前馈补偿解耦与改进的自适应遗传算法相结合的PID控制器能够提高变风量空调系统的性能,为变风量空调系统的优化控制提供了一种行之有效的解决办法。Due to the problems of multivariable,nonlinear,and strong coupling in the vav system,it is difficult for the basic genetic algorithm to achieve a good control effect,so the adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to the actual control process of the vav system.In view of the defects of the basic genetic algorithm,the adaptive genetic algorithm is adopted to make up for them,which is mainly improved from the following four aspects:population analysis,individual fitness value scaling method,adaptive adjustment of crossover probability and mutation probability,and retention of excellent individuals,so as to improve the operation efficiency and convergence speed of the algorithm.Finally,the basic genetic algorithm and the improved adaptive genetic algorithm were used to optimize the parameters of PID controllers in the three control loops of the vav air conditioning system,namely,chilled water flow rate--air supply temperature,fan frequency--static pressure of air ducts,and room VAVOX air valve opening--room temperature.The simulation results show that the PID controller combined with feedforward compensation decoupling and improved adaptive genetic algorithm can improve the performance of the vav system and provide an effective solution for the optimal control of the vav system.
