摘  要:针对实际系统中连续因素导致的故障传播问题,文中提出一种基于系统变量运行数据,将经验模式分解算法和能量因子相结合的故障传播概率评估方法。该方法首先采集系统不同位置、组件的输入和输出变量数据;其次,应用经验模式分解算法对系统变量数据进行特征分解,得到分解残量。该残量反映信号中去除任务调整、噪声等因素对数据影响后的无波动趋势量,通过这种方式可消除系统变量正常波动对于故障传播评估的影响。分解后的无波动趋势量隐含了系统组件受连续因素影响而形成的趋势性变化,因此采用能量因子进行表征,并根据正常工况及异常工况下的变量能量变化率计算故障传播概率,实现故障传播的概率评估。最后,通过仿真验证所提方法的可行性和有效性。In allusion to the problem of fault propagation caused by continuous factors in the actual systems,a fault propagation probability evaluation method combing the empirical mode decomposition algorithm with energy factor and based on system variable operation data is proposed. In the method,the input and output variable data of different locations and components of the system is collected, and then the empirical mode decomposition algorithm is used to perform the characteristic decomposition for the system variable data,so as to obtain the decomposed residual quantity. This residual quantity can reflect the non-fluctuating trend quantity in the signal after removing the influence of task adjustment,noise and other factors on the data. In this way,the influence of the normal fluctuation of system variables on the evaluation of fault propagation can be eliminated. The non-fluctuating trend quantity after decomposition implies the trend change of system components affected by continuous factors. Therefore,the energy factor is used for characterization,and the fault propagation probability is calculated according to the variable energy change rate under normal and abnormal working conditions,so as to realize the probability evaluation of fault propagation. The simulation experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
