摘 要:【目的】针对食用油中4种多环芳烃(PAH4),建立一种快速,高效,低成本的多环芳烃检测方法。【方法】食用油样品使用乙腈-水(15+1)混合溶液提取,冷冻凝固脂肪,转移上清液并旋蒸至干后1 mL乙腈复溶,高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)进行检测,外标法定量。【结果】方法在1~100μg/L的验证浓度范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9997),检出限、定量限分别为0.06~0.32μg/kg和0.19~1.07μg/kg。在10、20和50μg/kg三水平的加标回收率为77.09%~96.00%,相对标准偏差为3.65%~11.75%(n=6)。【结论】该方法样品前处理简单、成本低,检出限低,有可接受的准确度,可用于食用植物油中PAH4的测定。[Objective]Aiming at the determination of the contents of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAH4)in edible oil,a rapid,efficient and low-cost detection method was established.[Methods]The edible oil samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water(15+1)mixed solution.After freezing for solidifying the oil,the supernatant was transferred out and was rotary evaporated to dryness and reconstituted in 1 mL of acetonitrile.Then,the acetonitrile extract was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector(HPLC-FLD)and the analytes were quantified by external standard method.[Results]The method had good linear relationships in the investigating concentration range of 1~100μg/L(R^(2)≥0.9997),limit of detection(LOD)and limit of quantification(LOQ)were 0.06~0.32 and 0.19~1.07μg/kg,respectively.The recoveries at levels of 10,20,50μg/kg fortified were 77.09%~96.00%,and the relative standard derivation were 3.65%~11.75%(n=6).[Conclusion]The method was simple and low-cost for the sample pretreatment and have acceptable accuracy with lower LOQ,and it could apply to determination of PAH4 in edible plant oils.
