摘  要:【目的】建立豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸(4-CPA)、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BAP)、赤霉素(GAs)和2,4-滴(2,4-D)等4种典型植物生长调节剂(PGRs)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)检测方法。【方法】豆芽样品经均质、乙腈提取、盐析和稀释后,液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质标准曲线法定量。【结果】检测方法线性良好,R;>0.995,检出限(LOD)为0.07~5.62μg/kg,定量限为0.25~18.74μg/kg,加标回收率为73.81%~109.57%,相对标准偏差为3.71%~16.88%;对50个样本的实际检测显示,6-BAP检出率为88%,但含量小于LOQ,其他PGRs未检出。【结论】该方法样品处理简单,能够满足豆芽中4种典型PGRs监测的需要。[Objective]To establish a improved method for determination of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid(4-CPA), 6-benzyl adenine(6-BAP), gibberellin(GAs) and 2,4-drops(2,4-D) in bean sprouts by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).[Method] With homogenizing, extracting with acetonitrile, salting out and diluting, the 4 PGRs in the samples extracts were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode, and quantified by external standard method with matrix standards curves, and total 50 samples from makets were tested with the method.[Results]The method established was linearity with R;>0.995;The limit of detection(LOD) is 0.07-5.62 μg/kg;the limit of quantification(LOQ) is 0.25-18.74 μg/kg;the recoveries were 73.81%-109.57% with the relative standard deviation rang of 3.71%-16.88%;the determining results showed that the detection rate of 6-BAP was 88%, but it contents were less than LOQ, and other PGRs were not detected.[Conclusion]The established method was simple with the sample pretreatment and could meet the requirements for monitoring 4 typical PGRs in bean sprouts.
