摘　　要：目的分析血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血管内皮细胞生长因子C(VEGFC)与胃癌患者临床特征及预后的关系。方法选取150例胃癌患者为观察组,另外选取相同时间段149例健康体检者为对照组。检测不同人群中血清LDH、VEGFC水平,分析胃癌患者血清中LDH、VEGFC水平与临床特征的关系及胃癌患者预后的危险因素。结果对照组血清LDH、VEGFC水平均明显低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况胃癌患者血清LDH、VEGFC水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。分化程度为低分化、TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、LDH≥340 U/ml、VEGFC≥240 pg/ml均是胃癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P﹤0.01)。结论LDH与VEGFC在胃癌中水平较高,且与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有密切联系,同时亦是患者预后的影响因素,临床上可通过检测LDH与VEGFC表达对患者预后进行监测。Objective To analyze the relationship between serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGFC)and the clinical characteristics,prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Method A total of 150 gastric cancer patients were selected as the observation group,and 149 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum LDH and VEGFC levels in different populations were detected,and the relationship between serum LDH and VEGFC levels in gastric cancer patients with varying clinical characteristics,together with the risk factors for prognosis of gastric cancer patients were analyzed.Result The levels of serum LDH and VEGFC in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences in serum LDH and VEGFC levels in gastric cancer patients with different TNM stages,differentiation degrees,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).Poor differentiation,TNM stage III-IV,lymph node metastasis,LDH≥340 U/ml,VEGFC≥240 pg/ml were independent risk factors for the prognosis of gastric cancer patients(P<0.01).Conclusion LDH and VEGFC are up-regulation in gastric cancer and are closely related to tumor differentiation,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis.Besides,both indicators are influencing factors for the prognosis of patients,and patients’prognoses could be monitored by measuring LDH and VEGFC expression in clinical practice.
