摘  要:针对船用柴油机工艺设计中三维工序模型生成自动化程度低、效率低、存储量大以及软件操作卡顿等问题,提出一种轻量化三维工序模型自动生成方法。在分析企业软件功能的基础上,采用三维软件中模型视图作为工序模型轻量化组织存储的介质;建立加工特征与建模信息之间的映射关系;研究工艺信息的智能化获取;给出工序模型自动生成的方法。最后以船用柴油机关键件为例进行测试,验证该方法的可行性和有效性。实验表明工序模型平均储存为原来的86.5%,内存平均使用量为原有的48.6%,软件卡顿现象显著改善。Aiming at the problems of low automation,low efficiency,large storage capacity and software operation lag of the three-dimensiond process model of marine diesel engine process design,a lightweight three-dimensional process model automatic generation method was proposed.Based on the enterprise software functions analysis,the model view in the 3 D software was used as the medium for lightweight organization and storage of process models;the mapping relationship between processing features and modeling information was established;the intelligent acquisition of process information was studied;the method of automatic generation of process model was introduced.Finally,the key parts of marine diesel engine were tested as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The experiment shows that the average storage of the process model is 86.5 % of the original,the average memory usage is 48.6 % of the original,and the software lag phenomenon is significantly improved.
