结合三纲伦理体系探讨中医五行学说的生克问题

摘　　要：五行学说用朴素的中医辨证思想,通过五行的生克制化,解释人体生理病理,指导疾病的预防和诊疗。中医理论虽然在历史发展中随历代医家临床经验不断扩充,但其理论内核仍存在着一定的缺陷,如生克只以"母子"论,却在其他理论中用以"君臣""父子""夫妻"。这种逻辑缺陷因何产生,又是否在中医理论发展进程中存在合理解释?这是需要中医人去正视面对并思考的问题。文章就中医五行学说发展中伦理体系"三纲"的内涵及脉络展开讨论,以期完备中医五行学说体系,进而更好地完善中医基础理论,用以丰富中医临床辨证论治。The theory of five elements, with the dialectical thought of simple Chinese medicine, explains the physiology and pathology of the human body through the birth and restraint of the five elements, and guides the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Although the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been expanding with the clinical experience of physicians in the past dynasties, its theoretical core still has certain defects. For example, Shengke only uses ‘mother and son’theory, but uses ‘monarch and minister’, ‘father and son’ and ‘husband and wife’ in other theories. Why does this logic defect come into being, and whether there is a reasonable explanation in the development of TCM theory? It needs to be faced and considered by TCM practitioners. In this paper, the connotation and context of the ‘three cardinal principles’ in the development of the theory of five elements of TCM are discussed in order to complete the system of the theory of five elements of TCM and further improve the basic theory of TCM, and enrich the TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
