摘 要:目的:观察玉米须芯合用对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠血糖血脂、抗氧化以及胰腺组织病理形态学变化的影响。方法:采用高脂饲养联合STZ腹腔注射建立T2DM模型,将实验大鼠分为正常组、模型组、须芯组和二甲双胍组;每两周测定大鼠FBG,给药6周后,测定大鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px);并取大鼠胰腺组织,进行HE染色观察。结果:给药6周后,与模型组比较,须芯组大鼠FBG值显著降低(P<0.05),TG、TC、LDL-C含量均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL-C含量显著升高(P<0.05);MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01);大鼠胰岛细胞增多且细胞排列整齐、胰岛组织形态得到较大恢复。结论:玉米须芯合用能有效调节T2DM大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱,提高机体的抗氧化能力,减轻自由基对胰岛β细胞的损伤,具有一定的治疗糖尿病的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of corn whisker-corncob combination on blood glucose, blood lipid,antioxidant and pathological morphology of pancreas in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) rats. Methods: High-fat feeding combined with streptozotocin(STZ) intraperitoneal injection was used to establish a T2DM rat model. The experimental rats were divided into normal group, model group, whisker core group and metformin group;each two The fasting blood glucose value(FBG) of rats was measured at 6 weeks after administration, and triglyceride(TG), total blood cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein were determined in rat serum Cholesterol(HDL-C),malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and other biochemical indicators;take rat pancreas tissue and observe with HE staining. Results: After the treatment for 6 weeks, compared with the model group, the FBG value of rats in the Xu-Xin group was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C were significantly reduced(P<0.05, P<0.01), The content of HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05), the content of MDA decreased significantly(P<0.01). Rat islet cells increased and the cells were neatly arranged, and the islet tissue morphology was greatly restored. Conclusion: Corn whisker-corn cob combination can effectively regulate the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in T2DM rats, improve the body’s antioxidant capacity, reduce the damage of free radicals on islet β cells, and have a certain effect on diabetes.
