摘 要:现阶段多项研究表明细胞自噬在哮喘发生、发展中有着重要的影响作用,成为国内外研究热点。笔者研究发现中医卫气与细胞自噬在功能、作用机制、特性等方向具有相似之处,认为二者具有一定的相关性,希望能通过调控细胞自噬以期达到防治哮喘的作用,并以此立论对中医卫气与自噬的联系,及运用益气温阳护卫法调控细胞自噬mTOR信号通路的理论依据进行初步探讨。At present, a number of studies have shown that autophagy plays an important role in the occurrence and development of asthma, which has become a research hotspot at home and abroad. We found similarities between ‘defensive qi’and autophagy in function, mechanism of action, characteristics, and believed that there was a certain correlation between the two,hoping to achieve the effect of asthma prevention and treatment by regulating autophagy. Based on this, we preliminarily discuss the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine ‘defensive qi’ and autophagy, and the theory of regulating autophagy mTOR signaling pathway by using the method of benefiting qi for warming yang and protecting defensive qi.
