《黄帝内经》“因时制宜”思想探析

摘　　要："因时制宜"思想在医学上的应用源于《黄帝内经》,文章撷取《黄帝内经》"因时制宜"思想的相关内容作系统梳理,阐析了"天人相参"是"因时制宜"思想产生的自然基础,提出时间因素与临床各类疾病的"病-证-疗-养"存在密切关联,重点从因时养生、因时诊断、因时施治、因时判断预后4个方面探讨了"因时制宜"思想在临床中的运用。以期充分解析并深入挖掘"因时制宜"的思想内涵,探索其临床应用,对培养中医诊疗思维模式与提高临床疗效,甚至养生防病能力均具有重要价值与意义。The application of the idea of ‘treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions’ in medicine originates from Huangdi Neijing, this paper systematically combs the relevant contents of the thought of ‘treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions’ in the book. This paper expounds that ‘the harmony between heaven and man’ is the natural basis for the thought of ‘treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions’, and puts forward that the time factor is closely related to the ‘disease syndrome treatment maintenance’ of various clinical diseases. It focuses on the application of the thought of ‘treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions’ in clinical practice from four aspects: health preservation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. In order to fully analyze and deeply explore the ideological connotation of ‘treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions’ and explore its clinical application, it is of great value and significance to cultivate the thinking mode of TCM diagnosis and treatment, improve the clinical curative effect, and even the ability of health preservation and disease prevention.
