摘　　要：中医元气学说是中医理论体系的重要组成部分。故参考多篇现代文献及数本古籍分别从现代医学和中医学角度综述近20年来中医元气理论的发展概况、内涵及现代研究与治疗现状,除了常见的元气损伤的病因:先天不足、六淫致病、七情所伤、饮食不慎、劳逸失度、外伤、分娩、医疗处理等,现代临床诸如非酒精性脂肪肝、艾滋病、脑梗死、糖尿病、肿瘤、白血病、老年痴呆等疑难杂症或危急重症多存在元气虚损。重视中医元气研究是疾病谱发展变化的客观要求,也是适应现代医学模式转变的需求,笔者从中医理论自身发展的脉络出发,梳理中医元气理论的基本概念和理论内涵,从防治诸多临床疾病研究等方面入手,探讨其在医学临床和养生保健中的价值。The theory of primordial qi of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is an important part of the theoretical system of TCM. Therefore, referring to 19 literatures and several ancient books, this paper summarizes the development,connotation, modern research and treatment status of the theory of vital energy of TCM in recent 20 years from the perspective of modern medicine and TCM. In addition to the common causes of the injury of primordial qi, such as congenital deficiency, six pathogenic factors, seven emotional injuries, careless drinking and eating, loss of work and leisure, trauma, childbirth, medical treatment, etc.. Fatty liver, AIDS, cerebral infarction, diabetes, tumor, leukaemia, Alzheimer’s disease and other difficult or critical diseases often have deficiency of vital energy. It is an objective requirement for the development and change of disease spectrum to attach importance to the research of TCM primordial qi, and also to meet the needs of the transformation of social psychological biomedical mode. Starting from the development of TCM theory itself, we sort out the basic concept and theoretical connotation of TCM primordial qi theory, and discuss its value in medical clinic and health care from the aspects of prevention and treatment of many clinical diseases.
