摘 要:笔者梳理秦汉文献,认为《汉书·艺文志》中"水火之齐"的"齐"隐含"齐等"的核心义,通过水火节度,调和药物气味厚薄、药性刚柔,实现"药-方-病"的"齐等"。简帛医方多见水、燃料、火候具体运用:小火久煮则味薄性柔,和解补益;大火快煮则味厚性刚,向下快速祛疾。由此可见东汉时期经方非经验之方,而与后世方剂内涵无异。This paper reviews the literature of the Qin and Han dynasties and holds that the ‘ji’ in ‘ji of water and fire’ in Hanshu·Yi Wen Records of the Han dynasty contains the core meaning of ‘ji and equal’ ‘medicine-prescription-disease’ of which will be realized through the adjustment of water and fire so as to adjust the degree of the thickness, scent, hardness and softness of the medicine. The medical prescriptions often describe the specific use of water, fuel and fire: Long-time cooking on low heat will make the taste thin and soft, which could be reconciling and nourishing;if cooking fast, the taste will be thick and firm, which will help to remove the disease downward. It can be seen that the prescriptions of the Eastern Han dynasty were not empirical prescriptions, and there were no different from the connotations of later prescriptions.
