陈士铎脾胃思想特色浅析

摘　　要：陈士铎在中医理论创新方面多有建树,其所制之方大多能经受临床实践的检验,陈士铎对于脾胃病的治疗亦有创新和发挥,文章就陈士铎的脾胃思想进行初步挖掘和讨论,并对其理论来源进行粗略探究。陈士铎的脾胃思想有着善从心肾以分治脾胃,善补命门水火以调和脾胃升降、制化,注重补益真阴在脾胃病中的作用等特点,充分考虑脾胃自身生理特点与他脏生理病理联系以治疗脾胃病。另外其制方之精妙严谨,用药之灵活大胆亦值得我们在临床进一步去应用和发挥。CHEN Shi-duo contributed to the theoretical innovation of traditional Chinese medicine and also innovated the treatment of spleen-stomach. The proposed prescription is in line with clinical practice. This paper explores and discusses CHEN Shi-duo’s thought of spleen-stomach, and explores the source of his theory. CHEN Shi-duo’s spleen-stomach thought includes treating spleen-stomach from heart and kidney, regulating the ascending and descending, restriction and generation, of spleen-stomach by repairing the vital gate, paying attention to tonifying the genuine-yin, and fully considering the characteristics of spleen-stomach and its relationship with other organs to treat spleen-stomach diseases. The advantages of rigorous prescription composition and flexible and bold medication are worthy of our study in clinical.
