摘 要:本文主要介绍了在长春市地铁2号线一期工程西湖车辆段与综合基地室外地下管廊基坑施工中,由于该管廊紧邻既有建筑物且基坑较深,加之施工区域地下水位埋藏较浅,使得基坑开挖后土体极易坍塌从而威胁周边建筑物的安全。为此项目部通过对施工区域地质状况进行详细调查,决定采用拉森钢板桩进行基坑支护。相比于其他支护类型,拉森钢板桩不但自身刚度较大可以满足深基坑支护需求,保证了基坑内的作业安全,而且钢板桩支护成型后止水效果也很好,有效减少了基坑周边地下水的汇集,减缓了地下水位在土体颗粒之间的径流,防止土体颗粒之间内摩擦角减小而使得地面建筑物产生较大沉降。同时拉森钢板桩打拔快速且可重复利用,减小了流水施工搭接间隙,加快了施工进度,降低了施工措施费用。该类型支护也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。This paper mainly introduces the foundation pit construction of the outdoor underground pipe gallery in the West Lake depot and comprehensive base of Changchun Metro Line 2 phase I project.Because the pipe gallery is close to the existing buildings and the foundation pit is deep,and the groundwater level in the construction area is shallow,the soil after the foundation pit excavation is very easy to collapse,which threatens the safety of the surrounding buildings.Therefore,the project department decided to use Larsen steel sheet pile for foundation pit support through detailed investigation of the geological conditions of the construction area.Compared with other support types,Larsen steel sheet pile not only has a large stiffness,which can meet the support requirements of deep foundation pit and ensure the operation safety in the foundation pit,but also has a good water stop effect after the steel sheet pile support is formed,which effectively reduces the collection of groundwater around the foundation pit,slows down the runoff of groundwater level between soil particles,and prevents the reduction of internal friction angle between soil particles from causing large settlement of ground buildings.At the same time,Larsen steel sheet pile is driven and pulled out quickly and can be reused,which reduces the overlapping gap of flow construction,speeds up the construction progress and reduces the cost of construction measures.This type of support also provides a solution for similar construction.
