摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸等为原料,蓖麻油和环氧大豆油(ESO)为改性剂,乙二胺(EDA)为后扩链剂,制备了一系列植物油改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过对WPU乳液性能、红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析、力学性能和耐液体介质性能的测试和分析,考察了两种植物油对WPU的改性效果、不同EDA添加量和改性剂添加时间对WPU性能的影响。结果表明,经蓖麻油和ESO双重改性WPU膜的各项性能有大幅提升;EDA用量增加,WPU膜强度增加;推迟植物油的加入,WPU膜力学性能有所提升,但其耐介质性能降低。A series of vegetable-oil-modified waterborne polyurethanes( WPU) were prepared by using polytetrahydrofurandiol,isophorone diisocyanate and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid as basic raw materials,castor oil and epoxidized soybean oil( ESO) as modifiers,ethylene diamine( EDA) as post chain extender. By means of the test of emulsion properties,infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance,thermogravimetric analysis,mechanical properties and water/acid/alkali-resistance of WPUs,the effects of two vegetable oils,EDA dosage and addition time of the oil modifiers on the properties of modified WPUs were investigated. The results showed that the properties of WPU films double modified with castor oil and ESO were improved greatly. The WPU film strength increased with the increase of EDA dosage. The mechanical properties of WPU films could be improved by delaying the adding time of vegetable oil,but the water/acid/alkali-resistance of WPU films would be decreased.
