摘 要:为准确建立芝麻子粒脂肪酸组分的近红外光谱(NIRS)模型,实现子粒品质的快速、精准检测,选用116份代表性黄白芝麻种质,分别采用气相色谱法(国标法)和NIRS法,测定了成熟芝麻子粒的油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸含量;并采用改进偏最小偏二乘法技术(MPLS),成功建立了定标模型以及上述指标的NIRS模型。结果表明:芝麻子粒油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸含量的定标决定系数(RSQ)分别为0.981、0.986、0.898和0.780,标准偏差/交互标准偏差(SEC/SECV)分别为0.648、0.578、0.587和0.728;绝对误差均控制在1.5%以下。该模型可稳定反映出黄白芝麻种质的脂肪酸组分含量,为加快芝麻品质遗传研究提供了可靠技术。In order to accurately establish the near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)model of fatty acid components in sesame seeds and realize the rapid and accurate detection of seed quality,116 representative yellow and white sesame germplasm were selected.The contents of oil acid,linoleic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid in mature sesame seeds were determined by gas chromatography(national standard method)and NIRS respectively.The calibration model and NIRS model of the above indexes were successfully established by using the improved partial least partial square(MPLS)technology.The results showed that the RSQ of oleic acid,linoleic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid in sesame seeds was 0.981,0.986,0.898 and 0.780 respectively,and the standard deviation/interactive standard deviation(SEC/SECV)was 0.648,0.578,0.587 and 0.728 respectively.The absolute error was controlled below 1.5%.The model could stably reflect the fatty acid content of yellow and white sesame germplasm,and provide a reliable technology for accelerating the genetic research of sesame quality.
