摘 要:在货运市场新形势下,为保障货物运到期限,本文提出考虑运输时效性的货物列车开行方案的优化方法。基于多商品网络流的思想,将货物列车开行方案抽象为网络优化问题,在已有研究的目标函数中引入不满足运到期限的延误费用,同时将编组辆数设为灵活取值的决策变量,以车站改编能力、列车开行频率等约束建立货物列车开行方案优化模型,以此确定货物列车的开行区段、开行种类、编组内容和开行频率等内容。针对构建的模型,设计了A;和遗传算法的组合优化方法求解,并用构建的简单路网验证模型的正确性。结果表明,本文构建的优化模型能够满足车流运到时间要求,同时相较于固定编组能节省集结消耗时间成本,加快货物送达。Under the new situation of freight market, in order to guarantee the transit period of goods, this paper proposes an optimization method of freight train operation plan considering transportation timeliness.Based on the theory of multi commodity network flow, the freight train operation plan is regarded as a network optimization problem. When modeling, the delay cost which does not meet the delivery time limit is added to the objective function of existing research. At the same time, the number of marshalling cars is set as a decision variable rather than a constant. The optimization model of freight train operation plan is constructed based on the constraints such as the classification capacities of stations and operation frequency. In this way,the operation section, operation type, marshalling content and operation frequency of freight train can be determined. Finally, a combined optimization method of A* and genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model, and a simple road network is designed to verify the correctness of the model. The results show that the optimization model constructed in this paper can meet the delivery time limit, save the accumulation cost and accelerate the delivery of goods compared with the fixed marshalling.
