丹参川芎嗪注射液联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合依达拉奉应用在急性脑梗死患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取武警黑龙江省总队医院2017年10月-2020年4月接收并治疗的84例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象。根据入院先后顺序和患者家属治疗的自愿原则,将其分为单药组和联合组,每组42例。两组入院后均给予常规治疗,单药组采用依达拉奉注射液,联合组在依达拉奉注射液基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后神经功能缺损及生活自理能力、相关指标及不良反应。结果:联合组总有效率为88.10%,高于单药组的69.05%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组血浆黏度、血细胞比容、血小板聚集率、血浆纤维蛋白原、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白水平,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于单药组,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于单药组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.320,P=0.652)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者,临床效果更加确切,改善了患者神经功能状态及生活自理能力,纠正了血清Hcy、CRP水平的异常,提高了患者预后水平,联合用药的安全性好。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Edaravone in the application of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction received and treated in Armed Police Force,Heilongjiang General Hospital from October 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission and the principle of voluntary treatment of patients’families,they were divided into single drug group and combined group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after admission,single drug group was given Edaravone Injection,and Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection was added in the combined group on the basis of Edaravone Injection.The clinical efficacy,neurological function impairment,self-care ability of life,related indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the combined group was 88.10%,which was higher than 69.05%in single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,hematocrit,platelet aggregation rate,plasma fibrinogen,serum homocysteine(Hcy),C-reactive protein levels and National Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the combined group were lower than those of the single drug group,while the activity of daily living scale(ADL)score was higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.320,P=0.652).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction is more accurate,improving the patients’neurological function status and self-care ability of life,correcting the abnormal levels of serum Hcy and CRP,and improving the prognosis level of patients,the safety of com
