摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性尿道癌的临床特征及诊治方法。方法:通过回顾性分析厦门大学附属东南医院收治的1例男性原发性前列腺癌的诊治经过,结合文献,分析总结该疾病的诊治经验。结果:该患者术前考虑诊断为前列腺癌,患者拒绝穿刺,要求直接性手术改善排尿症状,术中于后尿道精阜右中侧可见一大约3 cm×2 cm菜花样肿物,术后病理提示:低级别浸润性尿路上皮侵犯前列腺,术后未行放化疗,于出院后6个月死亡。结论:原发性尿道癌是一种很罕见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,缺乏典型的临床表现,易导致误诊误治,且预后欠佳。Objective:To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment methods of primary urethral cancer.Method:A retrospective analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of a male primary prostate cancer admitted to the Affiliated Dongnan Hospital of Xiamen University,combined with the literature,analyzed and summarized the diagnosis and treatment experience of the disease.Result:The patient was considered to be diagnosed with prostate cancer before the operation.The patient refused the puncture and requested direct surgery to improve the urination symptoms.During the operation,a cauliflower-like mass of about 3 cm×2 cm was seen on the right middle side of the posterior urethra seminal caruncle.Postoperative pathology suggested:that low-grade infiltrating urothelium invaded the prostate.The patient did not receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy after the operation and died 6 months after discharge.Conclusion:Primary urinary tract cancer is a rare malignant tumor of the urinary system.It lacks typical clinical manifestations,which can easily lead to misdiagnosis and treatment,and the prognosis is poor.
