愈溃止血汤结合奥美拉唑四联对消化性溃疡伴黏膜出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析愈溃止血汤结合奥美拉唑四联对消化性溃疡伴黏膜出血患者的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月来武汉市江夏区中医医院治疗的100例消化性溃疡伴黏膜出血患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为试验组、对照组,均50例。对照组采用奥美拉唑四联(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素+枸橼酸铋钾)治疗,试验组在对照组基础上行愈溃止血汤施治。对比两组疗效、临床指标(出血停止时间、大便隐血消失时间、住院时间)、凝血指标改善情况。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,临床指标优于对照组;治疗后,试验组TT、PT、APTT低于对照组,FIB高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:愈溃止血汤结合奥美拉唑四联治疗消化性溃疡伴黏膜出血具有较为理想的效果,有效缩短患者出血停止时间,加快溃疡面愈合,改善凝血状况,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of Yukui Zhixue Decoction combined with Omeprazole tetralogy on peptic ulcer patients with mucosal bleeding.Method:A total of 100 patients with peptic ulcer and mucosal bleeding treated in Wuhan Jiangxia District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole tetralogy(Omeprazole+Amoxicillin+Clarithromycin+Bismuth Potassium Citrate),and the experimental group was treated with Yukui Zhixue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,clinical indexes(bleeding stop time,disappearance time of occult blood in stool,hospital stay)and the improvement of coagulation indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TT,PT and APTT were lower,FIB was higher in the experimental group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yukui Zhixue Decoction combined with Omeprazole tetralogy is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer with mucosal bleeding.It can effectively shorten the bleeding stop time,accelerate the healing of ulcer surface and improve the coagulation function of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
