单孔胸腔镜肺癌术后应用潘氏负压引流瓶联合胸腔闭式引流管引流的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析单孔胸腔镜肺癌术后应用潘氏负压引流瓶联合胸腔闭式引流管引流的效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2021年2月潮州市人民医院收治的80例行单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术治疗的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分两组,对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组采用单根胸腔引流管,观察组给予单根胸腔引流管联合潘氏负压引流瓶。对各组手术相关指标、疼痛程度、生活质量、并发症发生率及再次置管率进行比较。结果:术后,观察组住院时间短于对照组,拔管时间早于对照组,平均引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h、拔管后、出院时及术后1个月的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率及再次置管率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单孔胸腔镜肺癌术后应用潘氏负压引流瓶联合胸腔闭式引流管引流能够缩短住院时间、拔管时间及术后下床活动时间,减少引流量,改善术后疼痛及生活质量,减少并发症的发生率及再次置管率,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of Pan’s negative pressure drainage bottle combined with closed thoracic drainage tube drainage after single hole thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Method:From February 2018 to February 2021,80 patients underwent single hole thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery in Chaozhou People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group was given a single closed thoracic drainage tube,and the observation group was given a single closed thoracic drainage tub combined with Pan’s negative pressure drainage bottle.The operation-related indexes,pain degree,quality of life,complication rate and re-catheterization rate of the two group were compared.Result:After operation,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,and the extubation time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the average drainage volume was less than that of control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 24 hours after operation,after extubation,at discharge and one month after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and the rate of re-catheterization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Pan’s negative pressure drainage bottle combined with closed thoracic drainage tube after single hole thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery can shorten the hospital stay,extubation time and first ambulation time after surgery,reduce drainage volume,improve pain and quality of life,and it is worthy of clinical promotion to reduce the occurrence of complications and re-catheterization.
