胃镜下聚桂醇注射治疗肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究胃镜下聚桂醇注射治疗肝硬化合并食管静脉曲张破裂出血(EVB)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月桂平市人民医院收治的肝硬化合并EVB患者60例。根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。试验组给予胃镜下聚桂醇注射治疗,对照组给予胃镜下鱼肝油酸钠注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果,止血成功率,近期、远期再出血率及复发率,并发症。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(93.33%)与对照组(90.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组止血成功率、近期再出血率、远期再出血率、复发率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组胸痛(6.67%)、发热(10.00%)、溃疡(3.33%)、食管狭窄(3.33%)发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃镜下聚桂醇注射治疗肝硬化合并EVB患者具有良好效果,止血成功率好,患者安全性更高,具有积极应用价值。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Lauromacrogol injection under gastroscope in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding(EVB).Method:A total of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis and EVB admitted to People’s Hospital of Guiping City from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The experimental group was given Lauromacrogol injection treatment under gastroscope,and the control group was given Sodium Morrhuate injection treatment under gastroscope.The treatment effect,success rate of hemostasis,short-term and long-term rebleeding rate and recurrence rate,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total treatment effective rate between the experimental group(93.33%)and the control group(90.00)(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the success rate of hemostasis,short-term rebleeding rate,long-term rebleeding rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of chest pain(6.67%),fever(10.00%),ulcer(3.33%)and esophageal stenosis(3.33%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Lauromacrogol injection under gastroscope in the treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis and EVB is good,with good success rate of hemostasis.The safety of patients is higher,and it has positive value in application.
