摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是50岁以上妇女群体生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来其发病率逐年上升并呈现年轻化趋势,目前治疗上手术为主,术后以放、化疗为辅的综合治疗。但辅助治疗方案的选择一直是妇科肿瘤学家争论的主题,虽然术后放疗可以明显降低局部复发和死亡率,但无法控制癌细胞转移;化疗对于控制转移有很好的效果,近年来联合放化疗在子宫内膜癌治疗中应用取得一定的进展,一定程度上降低局部复发率,延长总体生存率和无瘤生存时间,本文主要进行EC术后不同辅助治疗方式的比较,探讨EC术后不同辅助治疗方式的制定并为临床决策提供参考。Endometrial carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in the reproductive system of women over 50 years old.In recent years,its incidence has been increasing year by year and showing a younger trend.At present,surgery is the main treatment,and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy are supplemented by comprehensive treatment.However,the choice of adjuvant therapy has always been a topic of debate among gynecological oncologists.Although postoperative radiotherapy can significantly reduce local recurrence and mortality,it cannot control cancer cell metastasis.Chemotherapy has a good effect on controlling metastasis.Chemotherapy has made some progress in the treatment of endometrial cancer,reducing the local recurrence rate to a certain extent,prolonging the overall survival rate and tumor-free survival time.This article mainly compares different adjuvant treatment methods after EC operation to discuss the formulation of different adjuvant treatment methods after the EC operation and provide a reference for clinical decision-making.
