摘 要:随着经济社会的不断深入发展,高校社会化的发展步伐明显加快,学生公寓后勤服务外包需求不断增多。本文以探究独立学院智慧公寓建设基础为目标,实地调研江苏省内盐城、南通等多家高校物业公司现状。以HKFG物业公司员工绩效管理为主体调查研究分析其共性,对其当中存在的问题提出几点员工绩效管理对策措施。With the continuous in-depth development of the economy and society,the pace of socialization of colleges and universities has been significantly accelerated,and the demand for outsourcing of logistics services for student apartments has continued to increase.This paper aims to explore the foundation of smart apartment construction in independent colleges,and conducts field investigations on the current situation of many university property companies in Yancheng and Nantong in Jiangsu Province.Taking employee performance management of HKFG property company as the main body,this paper investigates and analyzes its commonalities,and puts forward some countermeasures for employee performance management for the existing problems.
