摘　　要：胃癌在我国发病率和死亡率均高。在胃癌发生发展过程中,幽门螺杆菌感染引起的胃炎及癌前病变起重要作用,根除幽门螺杆菌可以阻断胃黏膜病变的进程,可能发挥治疗和预防作用。There is high incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in China.Helicobacter pylori is considered as pathogen of chronic atrophic gastritis which leads to the precancerous lesions and eventually gastric cancer.Eradication of Helicobacter pylori may stop the progression of gastric mucosal lesions and prevent from developing gastric cancer.
