摘 要:探讨项目导向情景模式在地方医学高校临床医学专业学生就业创业教育教学中的教学效果。用随机整群抽样抽取湖南医药学院2017级临床医学本科生245名,实验组121名采用项目导向情景模式教学,对照组124名采用传统教学模式,并比较两组教学效果、满意度,以及就业认知情况等。结果显示,实验组理论考试和实践考核成绩、教学满意度评价均高于对照组,P<0.05或P<0.01或P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义;就业认知理念比对照组显示,P<0.05或P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;对开设就业创业教育教学课程的评价高于对照组,P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义。提示项目导向情景模式运用于临床医学专业就业与创业教育教学,能激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,提升就业创业教学的效果,提高教学质量,值得借鉴。To explore the teaching effect of project-oriented scenario mode in employment and entrepreneurship education for clinical medical students in local medical universities.A total of 245 clinical medicine undergraduates from Hunan University of Medicine in 2017 were selected by random cluster sampling.The experimental group(121)were taught in project-oriented scenario mode,and the control group(124)were taught in traditional teaching mode.The two groups of students were compared in terms of teaching effect,satisfaction and cognition of employment.The results show that scores of theoretical examination,practical examination and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P<0.001),and the differences were statistically significant.The cognition concept of employment was more realistic than that of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;The evaluation of employment and entrepreneurship education courses was higher than that of the control group,P<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.It is suggested that the application of project-oriented scenario mode in employment and entrepreneurship education and teaching of clinical medicine specialty can stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,improve the effect of employment and entrepreneurship teaching,and improve the quality of teaching,which is worthy of reference.
