摘  要:研究了乙二醛共交联氧化淀粉和聚乙烯醇(PVA)在纸张湿部增强的应用,优化了共交联淀粉的制备和用于浆内添加的条件。结果表明,当氧化剂过硫酸铵用量0.4%(以淀粉质量为基准),乙二醛用量6%(以淀粉质量为基准),淀粉和聚乙烯醇配用质量比1∶1时,所得到的共交联产物用量0.15%(以干浆质量为基准,下同),配用0.5%(以干浆质量为基准,下同)阳离子淀粉,能使成纸耐破指数提高123.1%,抗张指数提高75.1%。比较了环氧氯丙烷和乙二醛对阳离子淀粉和PVA的共交联反应,发现前者效果更好,其共交联产品使用量0.5%左右即超过浆内阳离子淀粉用量2%的增强效果。This paper studied the enhancement characteristics of glyoxal co-crosslinked oxidized starch and polyvinyl alcohol in the wet-end of papermaking,and the preparation of co-crosslinked starch and the conditions for adding in the pulp were optimized as well.The results showed that when the amount of ammonium persulfate was 0.4%,the amount of glyoxal was 6%,the mass ratio of starch and polyvinyl alcohol was 1∶1,the amount of co-crosslinked product was 0.15%,and cationic starch was 0.5%,the breakage index and tensile index of paper could be increased by 123.1%and 75.1%,respectively.The co-crosslinking reaction of epichlorohydrin and glyoxal on cationic starch and PVA was compared.The results showed that the former had a better effect,and usage of the co-crosslinked product was about 0.5%,which was better than the amount of cationic starch in the slurry by 2%.
