摘　　要：当下我国正处于世界新一轮科技革命和产业变革同我国发展方式调整转变的历史节点,经济进入了高质量发展的新时期,科技创新在区域平衡发展中的作用愈来愈重要。河北省同样把创新发展放在至关重要的位置,建立了相对完善的区域创新体系,但依旧存在创新能力偏弱、对区域经济发展驱动力不足的情况。At present,China is at a historical moment when a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform in the world intersects with the adjustment and transformation of China’s development mode.The economy has entered a new period of high⁃quality development,and scientific and technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in the balanced regional development.Hebei Province has also put innovation in a crucial position and established a relatively complete regional innovation system.However,its capacity for innovation is still weak with insufficient driving force for regional economic development.
