摘　　要：无锡职业技术学院响应国家“一带一路”倡议,在2019年接收了一批为期一年的南非留学生进行培养。学校成立项目组,以职业需求为导向、以实践能力培养为重点,在进行充分的学情调研的基础上,制定可行的人才培养方案与教学计划,与行业企业共同完成教学任务。结业后,留学生的职业素养和职业技能有明显的提升,基本实现了留学中国的目的。在项目实施过程中积累的教育教学经验,可为今后开展其他留学生项目提供有益的借鉴。Wuxi Institute of Technology(WXIT)received a group of South Africa students for one year in order to respond to"The Belt and Road"initiative in 2019.WXIT set up a project team to formulate a feasible talent training program and teaching plan on the basis of academic investigation adequately.The project team accomplished teaching task with enterprise from manufacturing industry to take the career demand as the guidance and focus on develop practical ability.The foreign studentswere a great improvement about professional quality and skillafter graduation.The accumulated experience of education and teaching in the process of project implementation can provide useful reference for other international student projects in the future.
