摘　　要：转学教育是美国社区学院最传统的职能,在保证美国高等教育质量和缓解美国学生就业压力方面起着重要作用。文章在美国社区学院转学教育发展历程和价值体现分析的基础上,阐述了其运行和突显的成功经验,对完善中国高等职业教育改革、探索专本衔接、人才培养模式的研究与创新具有一定的借鉴意义。Transfer education is the most traditional function in American community colleges.It plays an important role in ensuring the quality of American higher education and alleviating the pressure of American students'employment.Based on the development and value of the transfer education in American community colleges,this paper expounds its unique successful experience.In China,transfer education also gives a referential value on improving the reform of higher vocational education,exploring the upgrade from junior college to university and analyzing the innovation of talents training mode.
