摘 要:为助力高校科研工作,提升实验技术人员在科研中的作用和地位,提出“测试三角”概念,厘清导师、学生和测试人员之间的关系,明确测试人员在科研中的重要性,解决传统“导师-学生”科研模式中测试人员没有被充分重视的问题。该文结合具体实例,探讨和介绍了某高校中心实验室推广并应用“测试三角”概念,充分发挥测试人员在科研中的作用,解决科研中遇到的问题,加强测试人员与课题组间的联系,同时做好研究生的科研能力培养工作,助力高校科研工作和“双一流”建设。In order to help the scientific research work in colleges and universities and improve the role and status of experimental technicians in scientific research,the concept of“Test triangle”is proposed,the relationship between tutors,students and testers is clarified,the importance of testers in scientific research is clarified,and the problem that testers are not paid enough attention to in the traditional“Tutor-student”scientific research model is solved.This paper discusses and introduces the promotion and application of the concept of“Test triangle”in the central laboratory of a university with specific examples,gives full play to the role of testers in scientific research,solves the problems encountered in scientific research,strengthens the connection between testers and research groups,and completes the training of graduate students’scientific research ability,and helps the scientific research work and the construction of“Double first-class”in colleges and universities.
