摘  要:该实验以FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O为铁源,以对苯二甲酸(H_(2)BDC)为有机配体,通过原位水热法合成了MIL-101-(Fe)金属有机框架材料,并将其用于水体中草甘膦的吸附。在MIL-101-(Fe)制备过程中,通过改变吸附剂的干燥温度,制备了不同的吸附剂,并用SEM、XRD、FTIR等手段对吸附剂进行表征。通过吸附等温线、吸附动力学曲线以及模拟废水实验,评价了该吸附剂对草甘膦的吸附性能。该实验设计将课程思政融于其中,以解决实际问题为导向,促进了学生良好价值观的培养和专业综合能力的提升。In this experiment, MIL-101-(Fe), a metal-organic framework(MOF) material, is synthesized by in-situ hydrothermal method with FeCl_(3)·6H_(2)O as iron source and terephthalic acid(H_(2)BDC) as organic ligand, and is used for the adsorption of glyphosate in water. During the preparation process of MIL-101-(Fe), different adsorbents are prepared by changing the drying temperature of the adsorbent, and the adsorbents are characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR. The adsorption performance of the adsorbent for glyphosate was evaluated by adsorption isotherm,adsorption kinetic curve and simulated wastewater experiment. Guided by solving practical problems, the experimental design integrates curriculum ideology and politics, which promotes the cultivation of students’ good values and the improvement of professional comprehensive ability.
