摘 要:针对理工科高校的教学实验室建设中的环境、目标、模式等问题,借助AGIL的理论分析模型讨论了“新工科”背景下高校教学实验室建设与国家需求、社会环境、实验队伍发展、实验室运行管理之间的互动关系,提出通过教学与科研的多维度融合、学科之间的交叉融合、实验队伍的职业发展以及实验室文化建设等多种途径,从资源供给方面提升教学实验室的质量,支持实验教学改善提升,为“新工科”的人才培养提供支持。Aiming at the problems of environment, target and mode in the construction of teaching laboratory in universities of science and engineering, the interaction between the construction of teaching laboratory and national demand, social environment, experimental team development and laboratory operation and management under the background of "New engineering" is discussed with the help of AGIL’s theoretical analysis model. This paper puts forward several ways, such as multi-dimensional integration of teaching and scientific research, cross-integration of disciplines, career development of experimental team and construction of laboratory culture, to improve the quality of teaching laboratory from the aspect of resource supply, to support the improvement of experimental teaching, and to provide support for talent cultivation of “New engineering”.
