摘　　要：在高校大型仪器管理制度建设中,由于制度不具体系性、内容欠缺时效性、内部存在冲突性、执行缺乏严格性等,制约了大型仪器的规范管理和效能释放。该文从主观和客观逻辑进行原因探析,提出制度建设应遵循合法性、全面性、准确性、适用性等四项原则,并从健全制度体系、更新制度内容、强化制度协同、严格制度执行四个维度实施改进,由此推动大型仪器管理制度的完善,提高大型仪器的使用绩效。In the construction of large-scale instrument management system in colleges and universities,the standardized management and efficiency release of large-scale instruments are restricted due to the lack of specific system,lack of timeliness in content,internal conflicts,and lack of strict implementation.The article analyzes the reasons from the subjective and objective logic,and proposes that the system construction should follow the four principles of legitimacy,comprehensiveness,accuracy and applicability.Improvements are implemented from four dimensions:improving the system,updating the content of the system,strengthening the coordination of the system,and strictly implementing the system.Thereby it can promote the improvement of the large-scale instrument management system and improve the using of performance of large-scale instruments.
