摘 要:传统浮筏主要采用板、梁一类结构,其隔振性能提升存在一定制约因素.文中将网架结构应用于传统板架浮筏中形成一种新型网架式箱体浮筏,采用有限元法、混合法和统计能量法进行隔振效果研究,并与传统板架箱体浮筏系统进行比对分析.结果表明:在冲击环境下,板架箱体浮筏的最大应力远高于网架箱浮筏,网架箱体浮筏结构相对板架箱体浮筏结构能减少应力集中.在隔振效果上,网架箱体浮筏的隔振效果要优于板架箱体浮筏的隔振效果.The traditional floating raft mainly adopts the structure of plate and beam,and there are some restrictive factors to improve its vibration isolation performance.In this paper,the grid structure was applied to the traditional board-frame floating raft to form a new type of board-frame box floating raft.The vibration isolation effect was studied by finite element method,hybrid method and statistical energy method,and compared with the traditional board-frame box floating raft system.The results show that under the impact environment,the maximum stress of the floating raft with grid box is much higher than that of the floating raft with grid box.Compared with the floating raft with grid box,the floating raft with grid box can reduce the stress concentration.The vibration isolation effect of floating raft with grid box is better than that of floating raft with grid box.
